Straw yellow color with golden reflections.
Aromas Wide and varietal with fruity hints (yellow peach, cedar) and yellow flowers with a distinct note of orange blossom. Overall, hints of Mediterranean scrub emerge (sage, thyme, heather)
Full and persistent taste characterized by an important mineral note with hints of yellow fruit. It closes with hints of citrus and almond.

Provenance Vineyards located in the municipality of Ranzo, located in the hamlets of Costa Parrocchia, Bonfigliara and Ricci
Soil type: Medium texture with prevalence of red schist with a significant soil content of iron mineral
Altitude From 350 to 500 m above sea level
Vinification and refinement
Harvest from mid-September to mid-October, the bunches are hand-picked and selected based on the right degree of ripeness, then carefully arranged in crates
Vinification: soft pressing of whole grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature.
Aged in steel tanks on the fine lees for approximately 6 months and rested in the bottle for at least 1 month.
