Tasting Notes
Straw yellow color with golden reflections.
Aromas Wide and varietal with fruity hints (yellow peach, cedar) and a distinct note of dried apricots. Overall, hints of Mediterranean scrub (sage, thyme, heather) and an important balsamic quality emerge.
Taste Full and persistent with a great body, characterized by an important mineral note with hints of yellow fruit, especially apricot. It closes with hints of citrus, almond and acacia honey.

Provenance Unique vineyard located in the municipality of Ranzo, located in the hamlet of Bonfigliara, average slope 35/40%.
Soil type: Medium texture with prevalence of red schist with a significant soil content of iron mineral

Vinification and refinement
Harvest depends on the year, on average late September early October. The bunches are hand-picked and selected based on the right degree of ripeness, then carefully arranged in crates.
Vinification the grapes are pressed and destemmed, and the skins are left in contact with the must for about 36/48 hours at a temperature of 0 degrees. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks.
Aged in steel tanks on the fine lees for approximately 15 months and rested in the bottle for at least 6 months.
