Obtained exclusively from Taggiasca olives hand-picked at the beginning of ripening, this oil represents the quintessence of our philosophy: to enhance the raw material at its best. Cold pressing, carried out within a few hours of harvesting, allows the aromas, flavors and beneficial properties to be preserved intact.

We do not filter it : a conscious choice to preserve its natural richness in antioxidants and polyphenols, those precious allies of health that are released only in a genuine and living product.

To the eye, it presents a warm golden color animated by green reflections , while to the smell and taste it reveals an intense, fragrant flavor, with delicate herbaceous and almond notes , typical of the Taggiasca variety. Perfect raw on vegetables, bruschetta, fish and white meats, but also as a noble ingredient in more elaborate preparations.

Available in 0.25 L and 1 L bottles , ideal for everyday use and as an elegant gift idea, and in practical 3 or 5 litre tin containers , designed for families and for those who never want to be left without.
