Daniele Ronco Farm

The farm was born from a passion that has its roots in 1850, when my ancestors produced oil in a small family oil mill, between the hills of the Arroscia Valley and the Lerrone Valley . After the destruction of the mill in the Second World War, the tradition continued with the cultivation of the native Pigato vine.

Since 2012 I have collected this precious heritage and today the company combines the methods of the past with modern technologies. We produce three DOC wines and 100% Taggiasco extra virgin olive oil .

Our strengths

We passionately take care of every single grape to create sincere wines that speak of our territory and our commitment, in perfect balance between nature and expertise .

Grapes and wines at Km 0
We only use hand-picked grapes from our own vineyards, located just a few steps from the winery. This allows us to harvest at the perfect time and transport the grapes to the winery immediately, preserving their freshness, aroma and natural characteristics as much as possible.

Small barrel, good wine
Each wine is born from careful care of the vineyard, from a rigorous selection of grapes and from artisanal processes that respect the times of nature. We prefer to focus on excellence rather than quantity, creating labels that tell a story, a territory, an identity.

Traditional wines
Every gesture is guided by the experience passed down through generations, by the advice of grandparents and by the peasant wisdom that teaches respect for nature and its rhythms. We produce wines that speak the language of tradition: authentic, sincere and deeply linked to our land.

Past & Future
We cultivate the land following the agricultural methods of the past, respecting the natural cycles and slow times of the vineyard, but taking advantage of the present. While the hands follow ancient gestures, the mind looks ahead, to produce wines that combine the authenticity of tradition and the efficiency of innovation.
